Really knowledgeable, patient and helpful staff; they aren’t intrusive and do their best to help. Really bright, clean space and such a pleasant experience unlike some of the other licensed cannabis retailers.

bought a pulsar APX vaporizer at this location yesterday, and when I returned home to open it up and try it out, there was no vape in the box. I called the location as to explain my situation, how the gentleman who served us took the box out of the display case yet neglected to check the contents and in turn gave me an empty box. I was told there was nothing they could do and essentially accused of being a liar. This is quite literally theft, and I am beyond dissapointed.

We arrived in the City last night exhausted from a long day and lost due to phones not working in Canada. The guys at this shop were amazing and so helpful and friendly. They are a credit to your organisation!

The people who work here are very friendly and knowledgeable! I tried Tokyo Smoke just down the road and they weren’t as engaging and didn’t seem to know what to recommend me.

BEST customer service I’ve ever had! The guys seem to genuine, helpful and caring! For someone who stumbles in small talk, i felt so welcome and seen. Cheesy for a review i know, but after a difficult day these guys made me feel back at home (province i grew up in)

I didn’t actually buy anything, but I was with a friend who was shopping for herself. The staff were very professional and informed. I learned about about cbd and edibles. If you are new to cannabis, then I recommend coming here for the experience. Just don’t forget your ID, or else you aint even getting inside ! Haha

Love this place! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and just a fun crowd to interact with! Bryan,Jenna and Karan are just the best! Have never been disappointed with their recommendations. Used to go to the Cabana but Value buds got the best customer experience. 10/10 recommend this place.
