We hired Stan from RSigns/Galeor last March to make our signs for our store. We paid 50% deposit a few days before the quarantine, and relaunched the process in June. In order to get the permits, we had to make the appointements with the city ourselves since he always found excuses to postpone. Then the city said plans were wrong and we never been able to get corrected plans from Stan. No news from him since then, never answered calls, neither emails. We asked for our deposit to be refunded in September and still waiting for that. We are a small business too and we understand these hard times we are all going through but this is DISHONESTY
