Asked for an appraisal and was told that they would get back to me, but that never happened. Reached out again and was told again that they would get back to me, but nothing. Followed up a third time and nothing. Wish I had been told that they were too busy to help out in the first place as it would have allowed me to seek out other options. 2 stars because they were pleasant on the phone.
