I love Burger King. This place was clean and served my food fast. The washroom are closed with a code, so you need to ask the staff to share the code, if needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

When customers have to actually clean their own tables that just tells you how horrendous an establishment really is A robotic girl order experience is what i was exposed to Garbage over -flowing from their bins Filthy side in the mayo section no ketchup as well I cant rate a goose egg sadly NEVER AGAIN!

We know Burger King in Switzerland and Germany very well.From the beginning this store felt negative. Very unclean, All desks were dirty. Hand sanitizer empty, …I use to order the Whopper Burger, but this time, it was the worst burger and whopper I ever tried. I couldn’t finish it.My other family took the big burger, which was better; but still not good enough.Never again.Also expensive.Montreal is even for this kind of food very expensive and poor quality.

Even with simple order for 2persons they made a mistake -gave a hamburger simple instead of hamburger double paid.... Hamburger was quite good, but chicken nuggets and onion rings were not tasty. Nuggets, of course, better in McDo. I understand, to write comments for such kind of bistro does not make sense, but anyway...

I don't get the bad comments. Maybe people are just ahole to the staff, but being polite goes both ways, I always had a smile and a good service. The food was always super warm, and the staff was amazing. I've been coming to the location for 2 years and never had a problem. Want an actual bad service? Just go to any McDonald's downtown, and you'll see by yourself.
