Margo Karda Yoga | Pilates

I recently had the opportunity to attend two of Margo’s yoga classes, on her visit to Port Stanley, and what she shares with us is amazing. She melds her high level of expertise and knowledge of her craft,with her caring and concern for each member of the class, asking about injuries, or tight areas that may need extra stretching. She also gears her level and pace to accommodate us individually, with additionalencouragement whenever it is needed.She makes sure that all of us are confident enough to be ourselves, to be challenged to grow, and to take with us a feeling of calmness and thoughtfulness that go way beyond the time spent on the mat.You are the best, Margo, thank you so much!

Margo helped me when I was a beginner class participant with her patience and instructions on how best to deal with my knee restrictions. She keeps the classes interesting and challenging. We miss her here in Ontario!!
