I got my wedding dress altered and was very pleased with the service. Staff was timely and efficient and did exactly what I wanted within a reasonable price range. Would highly recommend Ele bridal.

I came in to get my wedding dress hemmed. The seamstress Charifa was so lovely and did an absolutely perfect job! So happy and definitely recommend!

I had a bridesmaid's dress altered here and had a great experience. The alterations were really quick and the dress looks great.

Was extremely disappointed in the sewing skills of my daughters wedding dress. Was loose fabric everywhere and her train was coming undone all around were she had sewn. Tried to contact her the day before the wedding and never called us back or emailed regarding this issue. After having gone back repeatedly to fix issues, I don’t think she made a lot of effort to properly sew the issue and accommodate us. I will definitely not be returning to her and for my daughter and her first experience was probably the worst ever and adding to her stress that day as I had to sew the hem myself.Very disappointing service and attitude.I did call the morning of her Wedding and was sent to a voice mail and we did email you and you never replied. Please don’t excuse your lack of respect by saying that she did not voice her concerns as they were obviously ignored at every turn. I think 6 fittings is too long for alterations and shows a lack of experience.

Highly recommend for wedding dress alterations! They were super easy to communicate with, were upfront about any other information I needed, gave me time to talk about what I wanted and also provided suggestions when I wasn't sure what would look best for alterations. My dress had a lot of lace and they were able to hem the bottom, and take in the (all lace) sleeves so perfectly!

What a wonderful experience! I had quite a few alterations that needed to be done for my wedding dress, and the seamstress did an excellent job for all of them: hemming, adding a bustle, removing lace from sleeves and shortening the sleeves .My dress had a lot of layers and a lot of material, so I know it was a lot of work. But after two weeks, Charifa was done with everything!I was already in love with my dress when I brought it in, but now , I’m happier than ever! She understood my vision and did exactly what I asked for. She is very friendly, sweet, and talented. It was easy to trust her .Thank you ele bridal!

First, I’d like to be clear that my rating is not about the seamstress or the quality of the alterations, rather, the administration. I reached out in March to request a quote and ultimately I did book an appointment. About a week after the original interaction, my original appointment was moved to a different day, which was fine. However, whoever made the change did not reflect it correctly in their calendar, as I arrived to a locked door at ele bridal. The seamstress did not know she had an appointment with me. I waited over 30 minutes for the seamstress (who very kindly, I may add) rushed back to see me. Again, no fault to the seamstress, but I was disappointed in my first appointment and even panicked that this is where I was leaving my wedding dress. I genuinely tried to move on from the mishap, but what kept the bitter taste in my mouth was the invoice not only coming with the incorrect spelling of my name, but also due in August. No apology or even gesture for what now is the second mistake they’ve made during my experience. So to say it simply, wonderful seamstress, but some patience is required with this business. If you’re a stressed bride, I wouldn’t recommend them simply for the disorganization I experienced.

Super service! I brought my dress in and they did beautiful work and it was done in 10 days! They got the fit right on the first try and even showed my maid of honour how to properly tie my corset! Also the building inside was super cute ! 10/10 would go to Ele bridal again!

Super happy with my experience with Ele Bridal! I had many changes done to my wedding dress - many parts taken in, back completely re-done, dress hemmed, bustle added, and more. Charifa was such a pleasure to work with and would change as much as needed until I was happy with the result. I highly recommend Ele Bridal!

BEST experience! Charifa did an amazing job reworking a second hand dress for a friend so I had to get my bridesmaid dress done and it was a great experience! It was fast, easy, and perfectly done! Couldn't be happier - thank you Charifa!!
