Contracted Applied Precision to perform a 3D scan on a steel structure for one of our projects.They took a 50% deposit and didn't deliver as promised. Tried contacting them numerous times to get an update on delivery but got the silent treatment.When they finally responded and delivered the information the scan was incomplete. When we asked for a refund they once again got the silent treatment. We had to end up contracting someone elseSTAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !

I’ve dealt with Bob the owner on a coupleof projects requiring exacting measurements of very large and very expensive parts. His services are top notch and I could not be more happy with the work he has done. When a single part costs upwards of 1 million dollars you can’t afford to make a mistake.
