They really need 2 lines in the st. Vital mall hallway; one for appointments. Making an appointment 3 weeks ago didn't matter. It didn't matter that I was 10 min early because I still waited in line for 15 minutes to have the check-in girl tell me to try to arrive 10 minutes before my appointment. When I said that I did arrive early, she talked back to me by telling me that I was late. I was already grumpy because I was hungry from fasting for 15 hours. The 2 stars are for Paul who was pleasant did a great job collecting the samples.

I dont know how anyone can say anything negative about this clinic. From the reception to the technicians, everyone was friendly. I’m a big worrier when it comes to blood tests & they made me feel at ease & even accommodated me to lay down.

Lady at front door is so rude. I think her name is Rima. She doesn’t know how to talk politely. Sitting there and checking patient names in is not a hard thing to do. Why so rude

Tuesday May 30th, I was taking my 7 year old daughter, who is in a wheelchair, to Physiotherapy in Sage Creek. As we pull into the parking lot, this Dynacare van was parked in the accessible parking spot. My daughter and I had to park farther away in a regular parking spot. As we were walking towards the physiotherapy business, the Dynacare driver returned, got in the van and drove away. I reached out and called Dynacare, hoping to speak with someone so they could address this with the driver, and remind them of how wrong this is. I was given an email address to contact. After numerous emails, beginning May 31, I finally got an email back June 5th saying that a manager would be calling me to discuss. That did not happen. I emailed a couple of more times in the last couple of days, with still no reply, so here we are. They obviously couldn’t care less that their driver uses accessible parking spots, illegally.

Dynacare putting people line up outside in this cold. I was there today. I observed it. I told the security personnel of st Vital that they can not allow people to line up in this -37 C cold. There were 90 people waiting. Their estimatated time 2 hours 20 minutes. In reality you are going to wait entire day. Elderly people no access to Dynacare apps wating there all day. Some please bring this to Minister of Health or appropriate authority to take care. Dynacare failed to take care. There must be other labs. Please circulate this message if want a change.After 2 years, I came to the same location, no change in waiting, people are lined up for more than hour. I asked the front she said half hour. This waiting time need to be improved, this should not be one company business, must be competitive and another company in the business in Manitoba as before.

I have had no problems with the staff taking my blood. If this location wasn't the closest to my house I probably wouldn't go here. I am sick so that is why I need bloodwork. They make you stand in sometimes long lines across the mall hallway. I don't understand why they can't let you sit down and wait. Like a take a number type situation.

Just yesterday I was in the lab. It was not my first time at this place. Everything happened very quickly and well organized. Despite the young age of the recipient, the sting was painless and the next day I found no signs of the sting at this point. My wife observed the same thing. I am surprised by the few not very nice opinions of patients who have experienced completely different feelings. St. Vital Lab

Pregnant at 31 weeks came in for a glucose tolerance test that requires taking a drink and waiting for one hour before blood work, only to be seatead for 30 min and then be given the drink. Other dynacare locations I have been to did not have the same practice, no waiting required (got the drink and off to waiting the 1 hour). This is unacceptable and I don’t recommend this place.

I always go here to do my bloodwork. Staff is very friendly and thorough. It’s extremely quick these day, if you go early you’ll be in and out in 15 minutes.And I was shocked to see it was expanded today! More sitting area and more booths for blood withdrawal making it even faster.Highly recommend this place for blood and urine samples.

They don't answer the phones. They let it ring for 5 minutes then hang up. This would be at the St. Vital location. I was trying to confirm if they received my Doctor's prescription for blood work. Now I am obligated to drive over there to find out due to their lack of common curtosy.
