Booked a condo in their Lakeside project in 2018. The project hasn't even started after 4 years. The city of Toronto should help the people and force this unscrupulous builder to comply.

4 years after initial purchase and they still have not started Lakeside Toronto project. 20% large deposit held. Nothing as of 2023. Stay away like the plague

Stay away from this builder. They dont even pick up the phone. Their King Blue project is a disaster. Its almost 7 years now and customers are still waiting for occupancy. Nothing but delays. One excuse after another. Save your money and go with a reputable builder.
