Fabulous Quilt Shop! Paige carries a wonderful variety of quilt fabrics to choose from. She and her staff are very friendly and make time to help you find whatever you’re looking for. I never feel rushed at all. Paige hosts lots of fun events that keep things exciting. Well worth checking out for sure!!!

I had my machine serviced here and the service was fairly quick. I'm slightly annoyed because they seem to have kept my spool of thread, but it's not a huge issue. I would have like to be able to discuss my machine with the gentleman who provided the maintenance, and I thought that I may get some feedback on the small concern I came in with but unfortunately not. I'm unsure whether I will have the rest of my machines serviced here.

Just used their new service of helping to sell my current machine for an upgrade purchase. No bumps, no hitches, absolutely no complaints. Would highly recommend it to anyone considering buying from them.

As the owner of a local Sewing Studio, Taylor Sewing Centre is where I go to buy new machines, cotton quilt fabric and have my machines serviced. Every time I go in I am greeted at the door by their friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their service is efficient and I am never disappointed. I will continue to enjoy going there!

Love our Local Quilt Shop! The owner and the girls are GREAT and very knowledgeable. They have a large assortment of fabrics, notions etc. I purchased my sewing/embroidery machine from them and was having a major issue with it. This is a wonderful shop with an amazing knowledgeable team. They always have amazing fabric choices (I love fat quarters :)) and if they don't know the answer to a question, they will get one :) I purchased my embroidery machine from them and and VERY happy with it! Thank you so much!

Dropped a sewing machine off on a Saturday to get looked at/repaired. They told me either Monday or Thursday they would either have fixed it or let me know what's wrong at least. I got a call around noon on Monday that they had it fixed up and ready to go. Very pleased!

I have been a customer of Taylor Sewing Center for 6 years now. I purchased my Janome Skyline S3 for approximately $1500 and have had it cleaned and serviced only at Taylor. Just to be clear, I sew professionally for a living.When I was last in their shop, I was looking for blue tip needles for my new Janome MC 6550 (it was not purchased from Taylor Sewing Center). I also had a quick question about a problem I was having with the Schmetz needles that I wanted to use, that didn’t seem to work with my new machine. I was told by Paul “there must be something wrong with your machine then because all needles work with all machines”. And he continued…. “That’s the benefit of buying local, we would be able to provide you with the training and assistance you need”. So in other words, “I will not be providing you with any customer service because you did not buy your Memory Craft machine from our store”!I have to say I was quite shocked and frankly at a loss for words that a store owner would be so blatantly rude to a customer that has spent (including service) close to $2,000 in your store. I wonder how much money you need to spend in order to receive minimal and courteous customer assistance?Up until this last visit I have relied exclusively on your store for all my sewing machine needs and was happy to support a local small business. But you have lost a customer. I will not be returning to have my Skyline or my new Memory Craft machines serviced, nor would I consider making another purchase at Taylor Sewing Center.

Absolutely a pleasure to deal with the staff. There were so helpful and in my mind clearly went over and beyond my expectations. Because of them I have all the accessories I need to enjoy my new sewing machine and everything was done over the phone since I am located 100kms from their store. Shipping was done extremely quickly. Based on my recent experience I can tell that they really care about their customers.
