I never shop from Aritzia since the staff are always so judgmental and mean but this place was amazing. The employees were so nice and sweet especially Daniella and Maddy B (I felt like I was shopping with my best friends), they both gave me the best shopping experience of my life.

I don’t normally post low reviews because I don’t want to be mean, but this location consistently has bad service. I am an avid Aritzia at two other locations in the area, which always provide top notch service! It is shocking to come here where it is near impossible to find someone to acknowledge you. Usually, when they see you holding items they’ll ask if you would like to start a room or to hold your stuff at the front. I am doing laps around the store and I swear they try to avoid eye contact, and I am not going to base it on them being busy because this is the typical Tsawwassen service. At least I got my steps in.I have to dash to get one of the sales associates to see if they had the Sunday Best Sinchseamless top in the size and colours I would like to purchase as a gift. She did do her job in checking their stock and if other stores had it, but sadly she said they could ship it but there was no guarantee it would come in time. Oh well, not her fault and I admire her honesty. I line up with the three other items I am purchasing, and after standing for a couple of minutes someone FINALLY asks if I would like to hold my stuff at the front. I said yes even though I was a meter away from the till LOL. The transaction went smoothly, so no complaints there. I like how they offered me a gift box when I asked for a gift receipt. Now, I’m wondering does the transaction warrant another star to make it 2? I’m going to stick with 1.This is where it gets weird. I get home and check the website to see if I can find some sort of alternative for the top. I look at the shirt and they have it at multiple Lower Mainlands locations! I call the concierge and place an order through there, and have it held for pickup at one of my usual locations that happened to have the product. I don’t know if the in-store associate can do that from another store, so I’m not going to place judgement on that because I don’t know the process. I should’ve just went to my usual locations. By the way, the girls on the phone are always pleasant.I was in a rush, but when I come to this mall I make a conscious decision to not to give this location any business. That sounds dramatic, but why should I if it’s going to be a difficult experience. I still purchased from here because I needed to finish Christmas shopping, but going forward I will continue my mini boycott the Tsawwassen Mills Aritzia. Still like their clothes and sizing!

The staff that work here are rude and obnoxious..your working @ Artiza not Gucci or Louis Vitton even their customers service is more caring and helpful be respectful to your customers

Staff is so nice here! I had lots of people ask me if I needed a fitting room each time I picked up an item. That made me feel welcome. Also store is very organized, nicely folded and clean. I like their wooden hangers too, it’s really different than other stores! Then when I was leaving after paying for my items, all the girls that helped me said goodbye to me!

Of all the Aritzia's that I've been to in BC, this one has the BEST staff, I went yesterday with my family and Brie (hope I spelled that right) brought little goodies for my baby niece, I had three lovely girls make genuine conversation with me and werent the typical overly pushy and forward sales workers. They don't have the same options as Robson st as this is an outlet, but amazing experience overall

Super helpful staff especially Maya! She was awesome!

My friend and I came to this location last week and not one single person greeted us or asked if we needed help. Then one of the girls was holding clothes and greeted a lady while we were nearby. Every store we went to acknowledged us and provided excellent customer service these people should learn

I went there yesterday and this girl with short black hair and tattoos greeted me asking if i needed a room and she was the most genuine person. While trying on clothes i complimented her outfit and i asked where she got her jacket from which she said she got it here online and insisted I tried it on. And said we can order it online for you. One of the nicest people Ive ever met at Aritzia

As a husband I rate women's clothing stores on partner comfort. The sofas placed strategically in front of the dressing room main area is perfect for waiting in a shop like this. The much larger location at MacArthur Glen could learn from this.
