I brought my 2017 Ford Escape in there because I heard a weird sound coming from the engine. Lager that day I was told it was the alternators so I said fix it but then got another call saying that the water pump was also leaking and. Both of them would have cost over $2000 to fix. And instead of fixing them he recommended that I sell the car and not waste my money. Bob is the go to guy for all your car needs. Because instead of just fixing the car and making the money he went the opposite way. Thanks bob.

Mr. Freeze is a Godsend, my dad took our Honda civic to him last summer for an AC issue and he fixed it without breaking the bank. It is tough to avoid repair shops and dealers that want to gouge you, this place is certainly not one of them. Can't thank these guys enough during these very hot summer days. I purchased a used minivan and discovered that the AC rear lines had been cut and capped off after about 10 months of ownership. This information was not made available to me at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, I was a victim of a fraudulent deal by a (big name dealership). Bob told me what to do, and I reached a settlement with the dealer to get my air conditioner fixed.Bob could easily tell me that they could fix it for $$$, but he chose to assist me and told me it was my right and that I should not let it go and to go after the dealership. Bob's honesty is unmatched among dealers, and it's difficult to find such an honest and kind dealer nowadays. He is a true gentleman. Within days, he had my air conditioner repaired and blowing cold air. When I went to pickup my vehicle, Paul from Mr. Freeze team was so kind and I can say I felt that honesty and trust are their keywords. I would highly recommend! Thank you Bob.

We purchased a handicap van that was in pristine condition, totally fitted to enable us to use it immediately with an electric wheelchair, lift and handicap passenger seat. Mr Freeze was very personable, professional and extremely helpful and kind! We also traded in our SmartForTwo car which was a very satisfactory deal for us. This whole experience was very positive!

They treat you well, they are polite and if you have a question about the vehicle's don't be scared to ask. They explain everything and you can learn little tricks which I learned today from the painter man. I bought my car today oh wow! After the washer/cleaner guy finished I thought they gave me the wrong car. It looks so rich. I intend on having lots of trips with my new car. Check it out yourself if you don't believe me. They are awesome. I have 2005 Toyota Sienna Van and the air conditioner died 4 years ago and they fixed it at a much lower price than dealer. The air con died again this year and went again to fix it. While they examine the car, they found couple serious problems (break line and rear spring), which I knew something not right even before they found them. Those problems are so close to failure and thanks to the air con, they were found and fixed. They are so professional and especially Bob, the owner is so nice. He seems to take care of the customer's car like his family's. I want to thank you again.
