Excellent facility, had my hockey related injury diagnosed and treated by the friendly staff! Gowshigan and Kim were fantastic therapists - highly recommend! In fact, I brought both of my kids who are young athletes for therapy there. Thank you Escarpment Sports Medicine!

I was referred by my doctor to this escarpment clinic to receive physiotherapy post my ACL surgery. I met Gowshigan and he was very knowledgeable physiotherapist. He set out a clear plan and started working on my knee and strengthening the muscles right from the 1st session. He was always open to the questions and understands the ones need and acts accordingly. The exercises that he gave me really improved my recovery. He would make conversation throughout the session and that makes the overall experience very comfortable. If I require a physio in the future, Gowshigan will be the first person I call and will always recommend to anyone looking for physio.Kim also worked with me on my every visit and always very helpful in showing me the exercises and the routines to be followed. As a team, Gowshigan and Kim were perfect for my recovery.Overall my experience here at Escarpment Sports Medicine Centre was amazing and would highly recommend this clinic.

Daniella Diniz is knowledgeable, professional and caring... by far the best physio I have ever seen. The techniques she uses and the exercises she recommends are extremely effective. So much so that after a handful of appointments, I was seeing improvement and after 3 months, I had regained full range of movement. Thank you Daniella and team!

I came here for my left shoulder last year and had a very good experience so I came back for my right shoulder . My physio therapist was Gowshigan, he was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Kimberlyn also helped me out with the exercises and the modalities. She was always professional and caring. Definitely recommend escarpment sports medicine center. After spending 3 months with them they feel like family to me.

I had received the worse injury you can imagine. I tore my full Achilles. Without the staff at Escarpment, constantly encouraging myself and pushing myself, I would not be able to say I made it."A huge thank you goes out to Erica N!!!She was very patience but aggressive at the right time during my healing process. I have successfully recovered from acl replacement surgery, a car accident and fall skiing, with the help of a variety of physiotherapists at this clinic. In addition my daughter attended after falling and injuring her tail bone.They are willing to work with you whatever stage of rehabilitation you happen to be at and whatever time and effort you are able to dedicate to your recovery. They always provide relevant exercises for home which extend the benefits of your treatment. In addition, the reception staff are helpful and the therapy assistants make the experience welcoming and warm. Thank you!

My family and I have been treated by the friendly staff at this clinic a couple of times. Most recently I was treated by Gowshigan who was knowledgeable and a very personable therapist. All the staff at Escarpment Sports Medicine Centre were very kind, caring and always welcoming. Whenever I needed to reschedule or if an earlier time was available to come in Hafia was always able to reach out to me and let me know which I really appreciated. Gowshigan is very knowledgeable, he’s really great at what he does and helped me a lot with my recovery. Kim was helpful by showing me how to do the exercises and stretches to give me the confidence I need to get back on my feet.
