Ordered a back brace for my lab. It arrived before schedule which was wonderful. It fits and seems comfortable. I am so very happy with the product and the service. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a mobility product for their fur babies.

I am writing this review to especially thank Jeanine who has promptly returned my call to address the concerns I am having with my pet Koda. She has given me options and explained the choices I have for the fastest delivery of the rental wheeled walker. She was very compassionate and understanding of the situation I went through when my dog and I were in distress. After having found a suitable wheelchair for Koda on Marketplace, she immediately refunded the cost fully. She understood my position to acquire one sooner than the shipping timeline. With regards to the equipment. I am very pleased with its quality and set up. The measurements I made was roughly between large and XL. After making a few adjustments, trial and error, I'm glad I went for the larger size. As a physiotherapist, I'm glad that there is something this company has to offer to assist our lovable pets to go through recovery with ease (also pleased that there's one in Canada as shipping and custom fees are horrendous). Now, I am more than happy to take Koda for a short walk. She is very happy to be outside rather than getting stuck in the corner with limited socialization with people and other dogs. I sure hope we have many more years with our dearest friend.

Early in 2016, I noticed Daisy having hind end issues and brought it to the attention of my vet. In 2017, I had the DNA test done to confirm her diagnoses, so we joined the journey.... She had been in a rear wheel chariot back in summer of 2018, and this year we were very fortunate to have been given the pink rear wheel chariot which we had to add the front wheel kit. With emails and phone calls, Janice and Andrew have been more than amazing people to deal with to help get Daisy mobile once again. I wanted a pink front kit to go with the rear, they made it happen, and just this week we switched out the chest harness for a fabric harness and all I did was send pictures of the measurements and Andrew picked out the fabric harness to best suit my girl.... I can not thank you enough for the great customer service, and friendly manner that sure helped our needs. Thank you so much for everything!!!!

Worst costumer service experience I have ever had and Handicapped Pets Canada's return policy is exploitive of their customers. I originally bought these wheels for my dog because I live in the area and on the American site they will do in person fittings. When I inquired about this Jessica informed me they do not do in person fittings because they cannot do any hands on work since they are just a retail company. I also purchased the harness attachment for the wheels using the measurements on their site but it was to large for my dog so I asked to exchange it for a smaller size. To do so I would have to pay for shipping and then possibly be charged 20-50% restocking fee if they found fur on the item. Her solution for this was for me to sell the harness on market place and then buy a new one in a smaller size from them. The American site also has a 30 day exchange period where as the Canadian site has a 14 day exchange period. I have worked in the veterinary field for 6 years now. Everyday I do what I can to help our clients take care of their beloved pets. I cannot believe the treatment I have had with this company. Everyone else I have dealt with during my dogs surgery and recovery have been so incredibly helpful and kind. The first set of wheels I purchased second hand and even though I did not buy them from the supplier directly K9cart helped me properly fit the wheels for my dog. I have received zero help from Handicapped pets and they have the most absurd return policy. It deeply saddens me that a company who sells specialized items for handicapped pets operates in this way.

So happy that Eri has his walkin' wheels! It's unbelievable, that he is now able to walk much better even without them--so they have given that one rear leg the chance to heal. The pneumatic wheels have also been an added bonus--he is now able to navigate large boulders! Thank you, Andrew!

Did some research online and found this company, they provide elbow pads for dogs with hygroma exactly what I was looking for. Now customer service was fair, not perfect. A few of my questions were not answered, I also asked for a few additional pictures and got the same ones from the website. The rep had advised there was a pocket to exchange elbow pads but it does not have that, just velcro tab to exchange pads, so I was disappointed when it arrived and I found this out. They did advise that I could not return the product as it was final sale before purchasing. They were on the more expensive side but they seem to be holding up so far. The elbow pads do move and sometimes when our girl lays down it shifts and does not cover but it works 90% of the time. The instructions are not the best so it's a trial and error with getting them fitted. Overall I am happy with the elbow pads and it does seem to help our girl.

Our special retired explosive detection dog a Belgian Malinois was diagnosed with diskospondylitis at the end of April 2023 but the end of May 2023 the infection had caused permanent paralysis. We got her a Walkin' Wheels June 1 and in one short month she's returned to morning walks and playing ball. This set of wheels has changed her life for the better and I highly recommend!
