Hans' experience and work ethic were a great asset to me as he went over and beyond in not just answering my questions about the buying process, often working late at night on offers, or walking me through concepts I didn't understand at the time. As a first-time home buyer, I was anxious and nervous about the buying process especially in Richmond, but with Hans, he was able to answer my questions about everything and anything in a professional manner.
