This place is a 3 star for two reasons.1. They have great customer service, ingredients are the same as every other subway so it's nothing outstanding. I would give a 5 star because the restaurant as a subway is good.2. The reason for the lose of 2 stars. This subway NEVER participates in promotions, 3 subs for 24$ this one doesn't participate 2km down the road it does, coupons in the mail bogo with a drink this one doesn't participate. Subway app bogo this one doesn't.My opinion - if subways isnt promoting any deals go to this subway, if subways has any mail coupons or deals on the app for half price or bogo save the extra 10$ for a premium foot long and drive an extra 2km.

The woman making all of the subs was efficient and very tidy and her customer service was top notch.The woman's bathroom had urine all around the toilet seat. How exactly does that happen? That was disgusting and honestly 1 more staff member should have been there to help with those things. Absolutely the worst bathroom I have ever been to for Subway restaurants.

Online ordering is pointless. Employee didn’t make eye contact or listen when I asked her if the order is ready or if she even received it. Waste of time and money. They shouldn’t offer online ordering if their employees aren’t trained.

I called multiple times to try and place a catering order and they kept picking up the phone and hanging up again. Changed plans and went to a different restaurant, spent more, but would rather do that than wrestle with poor customer service.

Lol @ the negative reviews. I go here almost everyday for lunch since I work in this plaza. I really don’t understand how someone could give this place a negative review...I’m a huge fan of subway. However, I will agree there are some bad locations out there.This is definitely not one of those bad locations. Service is always friendly and efficient. I would challenge someone to find a faster team of sandwich artists. These girls are as speedy as it gets and will whip through a line of 10 people in no time. The location is always spotless...and as someone who has sandwiches religiously from subway I can vouching for the sandwich building skills of this team.Ignore the bad reviews; some people are imposssible to please. This is a great subway location

Ummmmmm why doesnt this location accept coupons? In all honestly you should at least display a sign on the door saying that they do not accept coupons... i ordered my sub and everything just to discover that at checkout they donr accept coupons. Complete BS. This subway location needs to do better!

It is easier for me to judge Subway than most restaurants as its a franchise and easy to compare. This might be the cheapest location I have ever been to. I have had some delightful bowls and wraps at my local subway that were quite impressive.Here the bowls are filled about 2/3 even after pleading for extra portions of the ingredients. The wraps end up tasting weirdly bready because again after asking for extras seeing the tiny portion the wrap still folds over and is disproportionally sized to the fillings.Generally speaking I have loved subways new bowls and wraps this location really is a downer. Its conveniently near my work and the first time I chalked it up to being late and maybe the employee was grumpy. After the same experience this time I think they’re just cheap. Don’t own the franchise if you can’t make the orders a normal size.

Subway is my favourite fast food, but this particular Subway is my least favourite location. I had a coupon and when I went to present it prior to my order the male employee asked me can you not read the sign? We don't accept coupons" and pointed to it. When I told him that other locations accept them

They are running a reputed franchise which promote business with limited time coupons, this place exceptionally don't accept those and expect people to visit again although there is another subway 500m away. Please check for coupon before placing order.

Really aweful experience. The staff working there rushed, no customer experience, I asked for napkins to clean the table the response I received is “there’s one in the bag”, I asked for another one, the worker responded “you can choose any other table to sit on”. I asked then to clean a table since the others have food on it, the chairs have food, and everything is sticky, the worker proceeded to sit on a stool and eat. Either the store requires more staff or they require more training, I am now dining in my car. Hoping this review changes things.
