They absolutely saved my bacon! Literally! Friday as we were getting ready to leave - Half the outlets in my house stop working. Alectra came by, and removed my meter. The 50 year old Meter had gotten hot and melted/corroded away. Alectra wouldn't reconnect it until the meter socket was replaced.I called Omega and within 45 minutes he was on site, looking at the damage. Gave me a rough quote, started getting the parts and calling inspectors and by 10pm I was back up and running, My Weekend, My bacon (and everything in my fridge) was saved!I can't believe how quick he responded and orchestrated everything required to get my power back and save my weekend.Very recommended.

Great Service! Had an issue where half my house was out of power and brought in an electrician that could not figure out the problem and fix it. Then, I contacted Mohamed from Omega and when he came, he was able to diagnose the issue right away and make all the correct fixes ensuring the issue does not reoccur. He explained what was going on and exactly how he fixed it. Amazing quality and efficient service, highly recommended.
