Worst experience with Mike, he came and find the vent exit might on the roof and will cost a bit more time to get the job done. Then he refused to continue right way. He said no point to do it for me because easier job pay the same amount! So, don’t waste time to use him if your vent is not the easiest one to be cleaned. He showed impatient all the time.

Mike Ku did an amazing job. He explained the process and was very professional and thorough to make sure the job was done right. Newborn baby even slept straight through the lulaby of his vacuum and compressed air. Great customer experience, Thank you!
