I purchased from LXR online and all I have to say is - wow. The service and quality of product and experience is fabulous! I will 100% be using LXR in future for all my luxury purchases!!

They’re theifs! I wanted to sell my Givenchy Antigona (in perfect condition I may add) so I got an appraisal and it was extremely low to the point it was illegal (about 5X less than what I paid which is absurd). I really wanted to do business with them since they’re local and all but after them trying to lowball me, I will never buy from them and recommend no one I know buy or sell with them. Completely disgusting. I wish I could give O stars.

Don't waste your money here. The bags are WAY overpriced and they do not care about customer service, at all. I sent an long email to the District Manager Shannon MacDonald in early November, regarding my experience purchasing an LV bag at the Sherway location, and received no response. I emailed again in December, and gave her my contact info...still nothing. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Honestly, who runs this company? They do not care about their customers, they only care to make a sale. I will never buy from them again.

This review is for LxrCO website / not Hudson Bay itself. I purchased a few items via their online site.They have good discounts and albeit expensive, it’s less expensive than buying from a US retailer for some luxury goods.. not all. However, their customer service is indeed atrocious. I don’t think they can compete with the US market - US vintage retailers are much more customer service oriented and there’s more competition overall. I do like their quality - I think the items are in good shape, come with authenticity records; so I feel comfortable buying vintage from them in that respect. I think their prices are more competitive for LV goods and overpriced for Chanel. Can’t speak about other merchandise.
