Alright, look. How are you going to NOT notify me I used up the last" of my too expensive data

Would love to give TextNow a -5 review but that's not an available score.I DARE you to try to call the customer service...give it a try. I have been on hold with these people for an hour at a time before my battery ran out. I have tried multiple times...I'm talking 13 different times and they STILL WILL NOT ANSWER the phones!!!All I want to do is CANCEL the $ 26.00 from coming out of my bank account every month.TextNow is Horrible!

My sons account was flagged due to terms of service violations. I am not aware of him doing anything...has ANYONE been able to at least get back into their account even if you cant use the same number? There are some texts that we would like to access. Thank you for any input. I would not suggest this app for anything of high importance.

Worst app Ive ever used. Phone call quality is terrible and doesnt allow texts to be sent or received half of the time. My account was flagged for terms of use violation not once but twice and yet not one agent can tell me what the exact reason was nor can they fix my account. They refuse to escalate my complaint to a supervisor and i was basically told it wasnt worth their time and the convo was a waste of their time. Way to go with the steller customer service. I lost so many valuble contacts for my business that its devastating to my income.

I don't deal with companies that don't have humans on staff. This organization is strictly by internet and I strongly believe that one runs into problems that have to be resolved by the human touch which they lack. Also I get a lot of strange calls through their system from fraudsters to unknown parties. For these reasons I feel awkward about dealing with them and don't trust them.

My service is horrible! I have purchased two different phones from TextNow none of them work! Here's what I get. Your phone is not compatible! Can you believe that it's a TextNow phone! And then I go and pay $40 a month and it doesn't work! Email after email nothing no response it's the worst freaking thing ever!I know somebody's reading the saying well why don't you just cancel and get a different phone or whatever because I am a 51 year old grandma on Social Security raising her seven year old granddaughter and I can't afford it! That's why these things are out there but because we can't afford it does not mean we could be ripped off and taken advantage of!I'm tired of being ignored!

It was an amazing five star app but then out of the blue it got terminated for I don't know why.

Well I wasn't there I know this come up Google maps or something trying to get Google comments. Text now is the most terrible telephone app I have ever encounteredAll this trouble with TextNow is actually the actions of VerizonAfter I switched services, Verizon locked up my phone.Phone has a switch carriers option but Verizon refuses to give me the code number to switch,they blanked out my APN pageBecause of it, and at a very critical moment of life,I can't apply fory SSI ( retirement benefits),can't call or text to get workWe are victims of Verizon forced monopoly

Absolutely ZERO customer support. You are blocked at every turn to get real support, or info beyond their childlike videos and monosyllabic advertising. If you call the phone number, its just a laughable recording saying they look forward to hearing from you, but no opportunity to leave a message AND . . . they have a message related to harrassment (?) that just gives you an email address -oh yeah real concern"
