I recently purchased a new Kia Seltos 2024 from West Toronto Kia and had a great experience. Geric and Brad were both incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. They were transparent about all of the costs involved and made sure that I understood everything before signing any paperwork. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at West Toronto Kia and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. The BEST place to buy a car from! Go see Geoff Barlow!!! He’s one of the nicest, kindest and honest person you will EVER deal with and meet in the auto industry. Geoff and Brandon Blacker made us feel so comfortable to buy from them. I didn’t have to negotiate the best price as they gave me the LOWEST price possible in the beginning and trust me…. I do my research!With my past experience with other dealerships… I did not get this level of honest service and low price…not even close! Other dealerships were way above Geoff’s quote. That was when I knew these guys are reliable, honest and actually care about their customers. Don’t ever hesitate to buy from them. They are amazing and I’m so happy my hairdresser referred them to me and I LOVE my new car!!!

I have purchased a vehicle in the past from Jorge Salvador and he has been amazing. He makes you feel like family from the get go, and stays with you through the entire process of purchasing and the delivery of the vehicle. Anything I needed to know even after I purchased the vehicle, he is always there with the answers. I knew I could trust him, and he was always honest with me. I would highly recommend Jorge when looking for that special new vehicle. Once you meet him, you will know what I mean!

My travails are many with this dealership. Documented everything and Brandon (Manager) has not deemed it fit to respond. Very regrettable!Week 1- Update -Got a standard we are looking into it" email and a voice message from Brandon. No traction and no resolution yet. Will keep updating weekly just so you know if you do run into problems with West Toronto Kia."

I choose this dealership to find a car, I was assisted by GERIC. I found him very professional and kind and most important he was ONEST. He told us the price and all the processing cost on our first meeting. one of the best sales rap that I found out there.We went to other dealership but we were never happy with the sales rep…. But with Geric we found the right person.He was very attentive and he found a perfect solution for us. I had a lot of question and he was always available to explain me everything! I know the shortage at the moment but he was able to find our dream car in less than a month. He went above and beyond. I also got assisted by Bradley for my lease process, he explained me everything single step in an easy way and he also suggest us our future possibilities, he made the entire process so easy for us!I was busy and I couldn’t pick up my car at the dealership so Geric delivered the car right at my house door! As a person in sales myself, I am easily turned off by insincerity and inexperienced salespeople which I came across a lot when shopping for a car. I knew as soon as I spoke with Cameron on the phone that he was different. He was upfront and I could tell he looks out for the customer. When visiting the shop in person, everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Cameron was calm and easy going but he worked quickly and efficiently to get me into my car that day. I love my new wheels and I would definitely recommend Cameron and the team at West Toronto Kia to anyone wanting to avoid the cheesy car sales experience. Cameron will be my first call the next time I'm in the market to buy a car.
