Top Dog Garage Doors Inc.

I had my garage door replaced by their owner Henry Xie in January 2021. One month later, two door panels were warped and bent. I contacted Henry right away. He admitted the panels are faulty, and said would replace them. I waited and waited, he never came to replace the door! Every time I asked him to come, he said to keep using the garage door. He was waiting for the new panels. One year passed, nothing happened. In January 2022, the garage door can not even open. I called the company directly. The worker there is so rude, Ramsdan/ Rafta was telling me off on the phone. I went to this office a few days later. Ramsdan/ Rafta jumped out of his seat and was going to hit me. They didn’t want to take any responsibility. A woman Nancy came out from the desk, she told me to go away. I had to hire some other garage door technician. They charged me $250, which Top Dog should have paid. They are all Chinese people. They think they can do whatever they want in Canada. The Canadian laws does not apply to them. Guess what? I have called the police and filed a lawsuit against them.
