Resolve Property Management
Resolve Property Management took over my property 1.5 years ago and it was the best decision I made. They found me a great tenant in a timely manner. They are very professional, knowledgeable and easy to get ahold of. As a bonus they help out with any repairs my property may need. I feel they care about my property and treat it as their own. I highly recommend RPM. You definitely will not be disappointed.

I can't begin to stress how great Jason has been for are Condominium corporation and working with the Condominium Board. The knowledge he has with building infrastructure and maintenance is superior to any property manager we have had in the past. His ideas and advise has saved the corporation $1000's of dollars in maintenance and operating expenses. He's also given us a better understanding of Condominium Bylaw Fines and saction process and enforcement. Its been a long 10+ years with other Condominium Management companies and we look forward to working with Jason in the future.

I got connected to Resolve PM through a colleague and I am super happy I did. I work a lot out of country and I did not want to sell my condo because I saw it as an investment. Resolve has always managed to find high quality tenants and address any issues that might arise for them. I love knowing that my property is in good hands!

Jason @ Resolve Property Management has managed my rental property since July, 2020. I needed a tenant in place as soon as possible. He properly priced my rental and had a handful of showings to qualified and responsible potential tenants immediately, with a lease in place within a week. His construction knowledge has saved me a few dollars along the way. He's always quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him.
