Amazing ! This is our 3rd NP appointment (also third child to be seen ) . Best care we have received so far ! They take mental health very seriously and I am so grateful for that as wait times for peds are about 10 months and no care in the world about mental health until you’re seen almost a year later . With KIX we got a referall immedietly for a few days - week later . I would suggest this service to anyone and everyone ! I will review again after pediatrician care is started !

Excellent care . Immediate assessment by RN and an appointment with nurse practitioner within 3 hours and prescription forwarded to my pharmacy. My child never had to leave her bed.

The nurse Sherry was excellent. And she helped us with our baby's allergy!

Kixcare 360 has literally been the best investment I’ve ever made for my family. With three young children it’s been a game changer to have virtual access to 24/7 advice, appointments and simply a sounding board for my kids healthcare needs. As a mother and primary parent, when your kids are not well, the pressure of being present, calm, caring for, being a safe place for them and making quick decisions can be really heavy and the thought of waiting hours at urgent care or the ER is overwhelming. With Kixcare 360 we get to speak with knowledgeable NPs who can prescribe, guide and make referrals to help get your littles back to health. Not to mention the team is super kind and reassuring and genuinely care for their patients. If you have young kids, a membership to Kixcare is a must!

My daughter is 15 months old and we’ve been having a hard time with her health as of lately. Constantly at the walk-in as well as her family doctor. I just got KixCare last night and I’ve never had more confidence in any other health care professionals. This is by far the best decision I’ve made in regards to my daughter. The nurses are so kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. They helped put my mind at ease and got me exactly what I needed. They were so quick to respond as well. I will never stop singing their praises. I wish I would have known about them earlier.

Each appointment for our son has been highly personal, and we've felt heard and cared for each time, and the appointments have always been same day for us.Highly recommend this service to all parents.

We were desperate for help when my daughter had a severe rash on her whole torso, but going to our family doctor wasn’t an option and emerg was too scary to contemplate. I was so grateful to get a virtual appointment with a nurse practitioner and ongoing follow up by text afterwards. I’m so glad I signed up for KixCare 360. I really hope that they can get approval to do MD appointments again for no charge, because that was how we started and it was so easy to see a pediatrician within just a few hours. An excellent service! Looking forward to seeing it grow and relieve some of the awful congestion in our healthcare system.

This is such an amazing service! During the RSV and flu outbreaks I was trying to avoid bringing my small baby to a crowded waiting room; and this is when I found KixCare! They checked his rash via a video chat and treated it promptly, professionally, and completely virtually! I am so grateful for finding them!

This service has saved my life time and time again. Terrible service. I joined in March after my son had a diaper rash. I joined the monthly subscription service as I thought it would be helpful, quick and efficient. This was not the case at all. I was never able to do the video call with the nurse they assigned to my case as we had too many issues trying to connect on their platform and the nurse was also taking 20 minutes between writing answering to each of my questions.After a lot of waiting and frustration, I called their office and told them I wanted a refund. I received a call from someone that is the head of their operations trying to convince me to stay, but also reassuring me my subscription would be cancelled if I wanted this.It has been two months and I have not received my refund , instead I have yet ANOTHER new charge from this company. DO NOT USE THEM unless you are OK with recurring charges even after you cancel their service.
