Had them do mold remediation and it did not work. Still sick. I wish they would have inspected the house to make sure their services would have worked. But instead just took $1600 of a single moms income. Not impressed and incredibly disappointed. Will never make that mistake again. The almighty dollar wins again.

The guy was nice and on time, but we had a few issues discovered after the work was done...1. He didn't tell us he couldn't cover the downstairs vents for the vent cleaning. The cat's water was full of debris for a day before I noticed, and my office was full of dust. I would have at least moved the cat's water if I'd known (or cleaned it earlier).2. The outdoor cover for the dryer vent was broken by the cleaning. If it was unavoidable, I wish he would have at least told us we needed to replace it, rather than discovering it days later with snow in it.3. We noticed much later that he didn't put the filter back in our furnace.4. We were left to put back together the tubing for our dryer ourselves.

Dryer vent cleaning today. I thought when cleaning they attach when done.? Down stairs dryer not attached and found out my upstairs dryer exhaust pipe was cracked and not attached along with a mess to clean up In the back.
