Best weight loss system EVER!I started in April, and lost 22 pound in 6 weeks. Waited the allotted time, and lost 22 more by the end of September.I have more energy on the program than off (no breads), and don’t feel sleepy mid-day.I’m a carb addict, so cravings are tough. But seeing results so quickly help to fight them off.
