MC installed some exterior accessories to my vehicle - including LED lighting. So, I can't comment on their mechanical competence. However, I was really pleased with their entire crew from the reception staff to the installer, Fred. The cost of the work was reasonable and the quality of the install was such that I felt a decent tip was in order. I've requested some body work on my 4Runner and have yet to hear back from the manager, Kerry. Hopefully, it gets done and I'll provide an additional post.

Got an oil change and a screw removed from my tire, all in under 30 minutes. Staff was also very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I were in the market for a truck that would be our only vehicle and would be used as a daily driver. The truck would also need to be capable of pulling a large 5th wheel trailer and so my husband began searching for suitable vehicles online by going to dealer websites and searching their new inventory. His search began locally but no suitable vehicles were found in stock so he was forced to search dealer inventories in locations further away. He eventually found a suitable vehicle in southern Ontario that was exactly what we were looking for and was discounted significantly. In addition, the dealer quoted us a very good price on the car that we were going to be trading in. We were prepared to drive south to take advantage of this deal but my husband was concerned about servicing the vehicle locally after having bought it elsewhere... so he phoned Manitoulin Chrysler to talk to their service department to see if future servicing would be an issue. The service department was very understanding and assured him that there would be no problem with service locally but they also suggested that he might talk with their sales team to see if there was any chance of getting the truck through a dealer trade. He did, in fact, talk with sales and was assured that they would do all they could to find what we were looking for and that they could match whatever deal he had found online. To make a long story short... Kennedy, Jenna and Wayne went out of their way to put a deal together for us and we took delivery of our beautiful new truck on Dec 07, 2018. Having lived and worked on Manitoulin, we both are very happy that we were able to do business locally. Manitoulin businesses employ Islanders and need support from Island residents. Visiting the Island for first time my 2012 Dodge blew a run/start fuse. Stopped in for replacement and Parts Dept graciously gave me a couple free ones. In this day and age, their honesty stands out...Thank you

After 5 years of abstinence I pulled the trigger on a 2021 Ram Power Wagon. My thanks to Ryan, Bill, Jenna and Mr. Wayne Legge for an amazing deal on the truck of my dreams. This is the 5th vehicle I have purchased at Manitoulin Chrysler and I have never been disappointed with their service. Like they say, they treat you like family and they mean it. Thank you guys.
