They like to talk to third parties about your visits and usage to family doctors etc ... Not very confidential that's for sure

They said I wasn’t allowed to come back because I didn’t have fent in my system even though I was actively using. It’s not my fault that there screens can’t pick up fentanalogues or zenes. They were helpful at first and there is one really good doctor there but all the nurse practitioners I’ve spoken to are extremely obnoxious and condescending. They forced me to relapse on fent and leave Kingston entirely because only one of the medications on opiate maintenance works for me and they were the only clinic at the time giving it out. Hopefully they can tell their nurses to be more understanding and sympathetic towards the patients. Im now in Ottawa and receiving much better care. Still blows my mind that they said I wasn’t allowed to come back because of a simple misunderstanding. I was very polite and always spoke to them with respect. Really tough when you don’t get that respect back.

There amazing people and place. They helped me save my life about 10 years ago and there helping me again. They also have helped me get my ID back as well as I don't have hep-C anymore because of them. Can't give 5 stars because I run into people I don't want to see anymore but that's not there fault.

Friendly and can help with most government services..I don't know how the office will function when Chris Mcbride retires he is Mr everything there and a great human being

Great staff, really friendly and knowledgable. Went in there today to get some last minute testings done and was completed within 40 mins or less. Just wanted to make sure the more vulnerable individuals got taken care of first before I was served. I was ok to have waited. It's nice to have a place like Street Health available for those in need in the city.

I recently got released from the pen and needed to do my taxes but due to the time of the year I was released, nobody was accepting new clients. Fortunately I was advised to talk to Chris McBride at Street health as he works with individuals recently released from the federal system. He was nothing but understanding and worked with me to ensure I had an appointment date ASAP. The staff as a whole treated me with respect and that's all I can ever hope for. You get what you give!
