The service is usually pretty friendly, but this is by far the slowest Starbucks drive thru I've been to. It's usually about 12 minutes per car - I don't understand how because they appear to have a good amount of staff and customers rarely order from inside this location. On a side note, if you choose to go in for your order they are very quick.

Staff is great, the products are great and I'm happy to have a Starbucks closer to home. My only gripes are the drive through layout and speed. This is in a corner of the Sobeys parking lot so they had limited options. Might be a staffing level issue but the drive through is pretty slow. I was at this position in line for 5 minutes before the line moved at all. The awkward placement of the drive through makes speed essential. All said and done this visit had me in line 22 minutes.

Lately this Starbucks has become insanely slow. It took 20 minutes (I looked at the time) to get a drink through drive through. As a former barista I know what a busy morning is but this was just slow. Also had to repeat each drink multiple times even though they weren’t particularly difficult. They need to do better or I will go out of my way and go to another coffee shop on my way to the office.

The service is really friendly but extremely slowwwwwww. I went inside on a Saturday afternoon since the drive through line was long. It took 25 mins to receive my drink. What I did not appreciate is the staff was completely oblivious and chatting amongst themselves rather than focusing on the long drive through and the long line of customers waiting inside.

Staff is super friendly and nice but very slow. I wait 20 minutes almost everytime I'm here. Staff seem more interested in talking to each other and to friends that come in rather than actually making drinks. If you see a line, avoid this store.

Parker and the team went above and beyond yesterday when I went in with my 2 year old! Parker thank you for taking the time with us to make sure my 2 year old was happy! Starbucks Canada… it’s a shame the changes you have been making to the Stars Policy and changing to remove affordable drink options for little kids. I will return for Parker and the teams service… but it’s too bad the policies keep changing.Thank you Parker!
