We stored our motorcycle for 3 weeks at Alberni Storage due to the highway 4 closure.The facility was very clean and well managed. Security was excellent and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this storage facility.

My mom used this storage facility for a few months while between selling and buying houses and it is such a well maintained and clean, beautiful (and big) facility. The owners are extremely welcoming and very friendly and helpful! Highly recommended.

My husband and I are very pleased with the service we have received here. Kerry is always helpful and friendly. Facility is secure and very clean we had no worries about the safety of our goods in storage or the conditions they are being stored in. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone looking for safe clean storage.

Great place to store a vehicle outside (or your things inside). Yard is secure and clean. Staff is very attentive and kind. I have used several storage places over the years and Alberni Storage was one of the best. They tick all the boxes: Exceptional service and pricing, secure property with video surveillance, live-in caretaker, pass code entry, convenient location, spotlessly-clean reception office, very helpful staff--what more can I say? A great experience!

This is the BEST storage company in Port hands down. When it was 4 degrees out my unit was 15 degrees and when It was 40 degrees out, my unit was a cool 15 degrees. I would highly recommend them.

Kerry was very helpful when we needed to store our Travel Trailer due to road closure from forest fire and couldn't take it down the gravel logging road. She went out of her way to help us. Very grateful.

Rented a storage unit for over a year. Service and access was excellent. Appreciated the flexibility around extending the rental of a unit as we experienced delays in the construction process and therefore changed our move out date on a number of occasions.
