Levi's Outlet Store

Today is my third time trying to stop at this location. It is 30 minutes from my home and it’s the third time I’ve tried to pop in to buy a few more pairs of my favourite 501’s. The last time I came, their closing hours were suddenly changed from 9pm to 7pm. At that time, this wasn’t updated online. Showed up and was disappointed but thought “maybe their hours change seasonally, and they haven’t updated this online, mistakes happen”. The traffic in Ottawa is absurd at 5pm, so I decided my best bet would be to come on my lunch break. I checked the hours, it said open until 7pm. So I just drove 30 minutes to get here and see a sign that says “Sorry, we are closed but will be open from 4:00pm to 7:30pm”. I’m sorry but this is just unbelievable????? I’ve spent nearly three hours total in driving time for this store to be closed each time despite saying it’s open. I just want my 501’s! It’s not that complicated. Unbelievable – I don’t think I’ll be returning for a fourth attempt.

Had phenomenal service from the cashier (long purple nails). She was so polite, friendly and helpful! There are always great deals here but her service last night really made shopping there and even better experience!

It was my first time in a Levi's store and I needed jeans. I luckily didn't need help, (seemed straight forward for me to just check piles for my size). I do have to say the fitting rooms left a lot to be desired. The dust bunnies on the floor were pretty gross. I was surprised to see a tiny cube, rather than a bench, inside the room also. It was awkward to try on jeans and sort out what I wanted and didn't want subsequently. The checkout staff were friendly. I would go here again based on me finding good jeans that fit (no small feat), but hope the fitting rooms are cleaner next time.

Sydney is a life saver. Bought 3 pairs of jeans and shorts while I was in town.

Clothes are much cheaper and have more variety compared to other Levi's store, also feels warm and welcoming

The employees at the store are extremely friendly and helpful. It had been years since I had a pair of Levi's and wanted to check them out again. Picked up a couple pairs and they are very comfortable.

Very disappointed. Went in looking to buy several pairs of good quality jeans for myself. There was no one to be found. No employee on the sales floor for over five min. When two employees finally came out they didn’t even acknowledge us, let alone offer assistance. I clearly was looking for help and did not receive any. I’m sure their product is great, but I guess that I won’t find out personally.

The best place to buy jeans and denim jackets. Lots of really stylish and comfy options. Outstanding quality. They have good specials around major holidays.

Staff rushed us out rudely. Website clearly says open till 6. 508pm they rushed us out, told us to hurry up because they closed 8 minutes ago. I asked what was happening and they said they decided to close early today so that the manager could go pick up her kids.3 different staff members told us before we could even gather our things that they were closed. Staff was seething at us.On the way out we noticed small signs on the door they were closing early today however when we walked in the doors were open so there was no way for us to see the signs.I understand that sometimes you need to close early but there was no need for the snark.
