Omg! This is one of the restaurants that I can definitely say “it is worth the wait”!Every single dish we ordered was delicious. Their hash blocks are just out of this world. Unique great taste.Fried chicken, Korean Beef… the waffles, the poke bowl… the service you get, everything is just mind blowing!

Very Korean style! I love the KFCW, chicken is so crispy outside while inside is soft and tasty! The waffle texture is just nice with the special spicy maple syrup! The chicken burger is good with the crispy hush brown and fresh salad!

Make sure to put your name on the online list otherwise you’ll be waiting a while. A small place. Food was great. Korean eggs Benny was different and delicious. Their hash browns were super yummy too. Service was ok but they were also really busy. A tad bit pricey but worth a try

Toast to Coast Brunch Bar
On my first visit to this restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised as it surpassed my expectations. I ordered the Chicken & Waffles, and I found the chicken to be crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The waffles were cooked perfectly, with a crunchy exterior and a fluffy interior. Additionally, I tried the Korean Eggs Benny, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The sweet beef had a great flavor, and the hash blocks were also very impressive. The roast mary herbs added a nice touch to the dish. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would come back again in the future.

Visited for lunch on a Friday. Strangely there was no wait, unlike all the other times I had visited. The Korean eggs Benedict was very average, and portion was relatively small. The hash brown looked like it had just been reheated. My partner's chicken waffles looked much better. Wonder if the food has gone downhill a bit since the opening.

Where do I even start with Toast to Coast?!The food is excellent. Not only in most importantly quality and quantity but also in presentation! Nearly every time a main dish is brought to our table there is an audible oooh" or "ahhh" that can be heard. Dishes are prepared beautifully and they taste amazing. I have yet to have something from here that I did not enjoy.I haven't had too many of their drinks as I'm not a huge coffee person but I did try the Iced Butterscotch Latte. Definitely one of my favorite drinks to get there!Service is great as well! On busier days you may find it takes a bit longer to get the food out but personally I still found the wait to always be good relative to the amount of people that are in the restaurant. Staff is friendly

Beautifully plated brunch with Korean fusion flare. Having Korean sweet beef with hash browns and eggs actually goes quite well together. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The only downside was the waffle tasted like those shelf stable pre-made waffles that you can reheat from the store. The waffle was dense and not fluffy on the inside, and tasted kinda stale. Other than it, it was a great breakfast.

I recently visited a restaurant that left me with mixed feelings. The food was undeniably delicious, but unfortunately, the service quality was quite disappointing. This was actually our fourth visit to the restaurant, and each time we've been here, we've noticed that the staff never takes the initiative to refill our water glasses. We always had to call them multiple times before they finally brought us water to drink.One aspect that particularly bothered me was the mandatory service charge of at least 18%. Given the subpar service we experienced, I don't believe their service justified this price. Consequently, I decided to leave a gratuity of only 10% of the total bill, as I felt it was more representative of the quality of service provided.Despite the service issues, I must emphasize that the food itself was truly outstanding. The flavors were exquisite, and each dish was prepared with great care and attention to detail. It's just a shame that the service fell short of matching the high standard set by the food.In conclusion, if you're looking for a restaurant with excellent food, this place definitely delivers. However, be prepared for the disappointment of lackluster service. Hopefully, the management takes note of these concerns and takes steps to improve the overall dining experience for their customers.

My mother wanted to go for brunch, undecided where to go. Fortunately, we found that Toast To Coast was open until 3PM - we went around 1:30PM. The restaurant is small, but the wait time wasn't too bad (about 15 minutes).The menu consists of about 12 items, with 9 side dishes incase you want to try them as well. My mother selected the Fisherman's Feast, a traditional style breakfast. I was feeling something sweet, so I went with Charlotte's Pancakes. The Hasblocks were quite tasty, as well as the salad from the Fisherman's Feast. The pancakes were a bit heavy, but I enjoyed eating the dish (even if the description did not match the taste).I also got myself an Iced Matcha Latte, which was not too sweet - not sure, but I tasted honey in my drink. Although the restaurant has a good variety of Korean dishes, neither of us went down that route. I would like to try Toast To Coast again, but I was quite satisfied with the meal.Main dishes start at $19, and the price goes up from there. Nice atmosphere, as well great service. Overall, a pleasant brunch restaurant in the Steveston Village.

Toast to Coast Brunch Bar
One of my favourite brunch spots. The food here always hits the spot. The KFCW is definitely a must-have when you come here, it’s so delicious. The chicken is so crispy, juicy and flavourful. The SOS and Korean eggs Benny are also super good. The beef is so tender and has such a good flavour. Also I recommend getting a side of hashblocks, it’s so crispy and tasty
