I would put no star if I can. Went there today at 2:30. The young guy with glasses, bad attitude. Shouldn't serve customer if he is in bad mode.

05/29/17: 5.0 out 5 - When I come to Canada, I only come to this place. So, if you are traveling from anywhere outside of Canada into Vancouver/Richmond, this THE PLACE to come for great exchange rates. Anywhere else feels like they're taking advantage of you.

No! Don't come here. I asked them one question and the guy got annoyed and telling me that their rate is the cheapest (but I found out that they are not!!) They just want you to trade with them and no customer service!

Not the best rates, but they don't run into issue like out of supply for US dollars. There are many other options in Richmond with pros and cons to them all. Outside of Richmond, it's hard to beat them if you need US cash within the same day, others with better rates usually are not efficient and typically don't have much, if any USD on hand.
