The kind of place where they will smile at you while screwing you over. They will constantly try and up sell you and they do not respect appointment times. I would expect better service from Audi. Not worthy of the name.

I purchased a used convertible in January. I live in Nova Scotia and driving back in the winter would have been difficult. They agreed to keep it until April, when the roads are better. The salesperson I dealt with is Tristan Lefebre. This guy is top notch! I had never bought a car before “sight unseen “, but Tristan provided every possible detail, to put me at ease. When I picked up the car on Friday it was a real production! The car was in the showroom with a black fabric covering it with a huge red bow on the roof. When I was ready, Tristan did the “big reveal”. It was a very special experience.Mon francais n’est pas tellement fort, Mais je dois dire que chaque detail concernant l’achat etait tres professional.Tristan est un vender informatif et patient. Je suis 100% satisfait. Je recommend Tristan tres fort.

Bought a Certified SQ5, had an outstanding service all along. Bought it without even seeing the car until the pick up. Michael and Charles were always extremely helpful and transparent. I'll be more than happy to come back for my next Audi.
