We frequently visit this place for library and swimming pool.There is also a play ground for soccer and kids play area with slides and swings, just behind the building. There is a beautiful trail on its side pathway where you can spend time during summers

Library was closed on Sunday July 9 with no notice on the door. It should’ve been open from 1pm. Please be considerate of people travelling. Disappointing visit.

Frank McKechnie Community Centre is a fantastic facility! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are top-notch. The pool area is well-maintained, and the variety of programs offered is impressive. It's a great place for families, with a lovely outdoor space and playground. The learning classes offered are diverse and engaging, catering to different interests and age groups. The well-stocked library provides a quiet space for reading and expanding knowledge.

We brought all the swimming stuff for the kids and wanted to let them play in the splash pad. It is a 30C day but the water is icy cold, yes, ICY COLD. Kids might get sick, so no water play at the end.

The best community center with library. Like the pool here, it’s shallow but you get that outdoor feeling as there is lot of light. And also there are tons of change rooms.

I am so delighted by having this place near to my residence. Thanks to the government of Ontario for these types of places which make huge difference in individuals' life. The best thing about it is the library. Swimming pool and conference Hall is good too though.

Great place for kids with autism. Staff are very friendly with the children, front desk staff are extremely helpful. Highly recommend for splash pad events, comfortable shading.

I love this pool. The lane swimming is well organized and the pool is wonderful. Staff are always happy to help. If you have small children, the kids pool looks like a lot of fun. The hot tub is huge.

Lame swim review- avoid if you are looking to swim for a moderate cardio workout. Great for slow swim or therapeutic swim. Even the 'fast lane' has adults resting at either end and alow swimmers. The medium lane had slower swimmer tothe pontthat even my slowest strokewas not slow enough, and even had one adult walking, not even swimming. When I pointed this out to a duty life attendant, he said 'the demographic here is typicaaly slow'.

Very nice community center for sport activities, especially swimming lessons. They provide summer camp or vacation activities for kids but you need to make sure you register early to get a spot there.
