Tierra Sol Ceramic Tile

Lots of choices. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I also like that they have a discount area on some tile. If you're not looking for much this can be a great option.

I've purchased numerous tiles from Tierra Sol over the years and the quality and selection has always been outstanding. My current orders had me dealing with several of the show room staff and they were all EXCELLENT. Very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and efficient! Patricia especially went over and above to ensure my order was processed.

I went here to pick out times for a showhone we are doing so out of town clients. Can stay for free while They shop at SHOWHOME FURNITURE. The selection was huge and service great!

We spoke with a lovely lady (I think her name was Anna) who was super helpful and friendly, provided some great tips and went above and beyond. The store has a pretty decent selection of tiles and options to browse and is presented in such a way which helps visualize the actual product. We came away feeling satisfied and glad that we stopped by!

I love Tierra Sol. They have an extensive range of products are are also very reasonably priced. Gina is amazing at responding to requests for samples, stock availability and advice!

The products in this store are beautiful with lots of selection. Unfortunately, we were not told of a “15% restocking fee” at the time of purchase. We had to return our expensive tiles due to them being slightly too small for our intended purpose. They charged us for the return and at first would not refund my husband due to the employees “being too busy doing inventory” in the back. He was asked to fill out forms for a refund at a later time (minus the restocking fee). My husband had to inform the front staff this was poor constumer service, at which point they finally called someone to do the return. In the end, it took around 25 minutes and cost us money to complete a return. I recommend to the store owners to post their return policies clearly and train staff to share these with costumers prior to a purchase.

I love the service and selection. But service is top notch. My first visit the staff was over the top with helping us with an unpressured decision. Even after telling them i was doing the work myself. They gave me tips and tricks, instead of an attitude. I had 1 tile left literally in my project. I broke it. I went to the store and Jack was amazing in assisting me with getting another one and a couple extra just in case.....these guys are as bright and cheery as their store. I highly recommend them for your project.

Once again this place didn't disappoint with its selection of unique and high quality tile. Always like talking with their staff. Got me some floor tile at an awesome sale price and will be back for wall.
