Two big empty stores on either end of strip mall (no inside corridor) could be put to better use. Right across street from Honoré Beaugrand metro station gives easy access for basic quick stops: pharmacie, M&M's, bank, variety dollar-plus store, Bulk Barn, St-Hubert, car rental. Convenient.
