Staples Print & Marketing Services

Worst place. Only one staff working there for both shipping and printing services. So I waited 10minutes to pick up my photos and it’s muffled. Asked the guy there. He suggested me try it again. So I spent another 10 minutes uploading the photo and paid again. Then the guy said I have to come back tomorrow to pick it up. Ridiculous…

Great store with best ever staff. They are friendly and helpful. Always ready to advice people with their expertise.Loved it.

This place is terrible ! Only one person working in the entire store for printing. The lady did not know how to use the machines. Waited 4 hours to get the print. The size I requested was standard 11x 14inch a black and white print. Paid 9 dollars for it and the paper was not the one I chose and the size was wrong when I measured it. The image which I had already converted in my computer to the right size was distortioned because the lady did not know how to print. I had to go print somewhere else again. On top of that she was rude and she was trying to 10 things at a time because there was no more staff. She justified herself saying normally her colleague does the printing. She said staples does not have the right equipment to print what I needed ( a Christmas tree in black and white for kids to be coloured). The lady was also speaking Chinese to another colleague while helping me in a way that seemed she was complaining about me for my request. Incredibly overwhelming!

really bad customer service, because customers are waiting, they refuse to print only 2 pages file, but I have been waiting so long

I cannot recommend this Staples for Passport photos, my lawyer even called them after 2 different attempts to get one done. Cost me double because i had to pay for another photo elsewhere.

Their printers only support government document/forms. If you are to print day-to-day materials, they charge you a full service fee, $3, $5, even just for 1 page. Really a company like this should be out of business. It’s a rip-off/insult to the clients.

Literally the worst print store I’ve ever been into. I don’t even know why this store still exists. The two times I’ve been here to simply print colour pictures on a A4 paper were totally disaster. The staffs are not only inexperienced and unknowledgeable, but they take forever to work on a computer. All their equipments and printers are very out-dated and slow. Honestly don’t go to this place and expect a quick service. Took me more than 30 minutes to simply print a few colour pictures on normal paper.

the manager was not nice here at all, I don’t feel has been trade fairly , I was took my my mom for passport and pr photo there, the girl print out two same size photo and I paid them both, after all I realize she thought was Canadian pass port , I went back she said she asked me which I didn’t heard at all, so she called her manger over and the lady was standing and said :is your erro . she wasn’t here to proved her employee said it. Which I m positive she didn’t.the way she solve the problem make me feel so uncomfortable,

Friendly staff at the printing area. $0.12 to print black and white 1 page

Really bad experience. They can't provide a service to print on a custom paper.
