Anson has been an amazing support in my financial journey. From the moment I stepped in HSBC, he greeted me warmly, was patient and addressed all my concerns with knowledge and professionalism. He goes above and beyond to assist me even after work hours, and is very responsive through email and phone. Very disappointed with this new location. I was happy to see this branch since it would be the closest one to my home but the service is terrible. Several months ago i was denied service when I wanted to make a deposit. Both tellers were chatting while sitting on their chair before I walked in. And the male teller said to me you do it on the ATM machine"

Going there and tryna issue a bank draft. Felt great there was no line up, but I was totally wrong! Told me wait an hour cause their colleague was out for lunch, so they could not issue bank draft right way. Switch bank for sure.

Best service from HSBC! Sonia Chan and Edwin Ho were hospitable and professional. Love that it's a smaller branch so less traffic and wait times. Definitely will go back again.

had an appointment booked with Travis Lam. Was never contacted or heard anything back. This was after I had confirmed with HSBC Customer service that the appointment was booked for phone appointment. Spent 30mins waiting for Customer service and spent another 20mins waiting for Travis on the day of the appointment.This is ridiculous. If this is how they act on their first appearance, i cant imagine the garbage they will provide moving forward
