Great service! This is my second appointment with Downtown Notary and my first with Mario and yet again I am very satisfied with this company and their agents. Mario was very helpful and was able to assist with what I felt was a complex procedure. However, Mario easily explained the most efficient way to get it done and I was able to complete almost all the steps in one afternoon in Toronto not withstanding snow, road closures and construction!Update!Yet another positive experience with Mario. Quick and efficient.

Downtown Notary Toronto is a fantastic business. They care about their clients and offer fast, effective service with dignity and respect. I was able to complete the forms on a video call, pay for the shipping to receive the official notarized forms by mail, and was provided a digital copy for my records. They were tremendously helpful when the other avenues I tried to complete my paperwork were not providing services. I highly recommend this business!

I called two days ahead to arrange an appointment to coincide with a trip into the city. I was assured that I would receive a call back from Mario. I did not receive the call. Neither did I receive a response to my voice messages on the next day and on the day of my requested appointment. So I called three times from the address that I was given on the website, in the hopes that a human might respond. No response. So I went to another Notary and received prompt service. I recommend Toronto Notary Public. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Downtown Notary.
