Unfortunately, 1 star is being kind. I contacted the Ontario Human Rights Commission and got the legal advice I could have got here. Instead, they heard my situation and immediately slapped a $350 charge for a letter that supposedly would take one hour. Dumbest. Lawyer. Ever. Thanks for nothing.

There's so many great things I want to say about Randy that I don't know where to begin.
