Only used their parking lot to drive my daughter's present (an RC truck that goes 100+ KPH) and spend time with her. Nobody has ever told us we can't use their lot (like so many Karen's" today do. And they don't seem to begrudge us our hobby. On their private property. And we make a point of being respectful to anyone else who happens along with their dog
