Call and order ahead if you want to be sure to get your order. Take away food too for the freezer. Can't wait to try the salmon quiche I bought. Lovely space to sit in the woods right by the shop or you can take it to the beach nearby.

This place is a true institution in sunshine Coast. Their halibut fish and chips is fantastic, so is the cod. You simply can't go wrong with sharkey's.Make sure to place your order early morning for whenever you want to eat, as they tend to sell out during busier days like holidays.

Update: Went back today got served at the front by an older lady with black hair mixed with grey. She disgustingly touched the donuts with her bare hands AFTER handling cash and frozen fish from the customer in front of me!!!! Plus she was so rude.....Best fish and chips I've had. The batter isn't thick, the fish is so good, and the best crispy fries! A little bit of a wait, I suggest calling in advance. I got my dog some treats too which he loves so much!

Ordered a half order of the coconut black cod nuggets with split fries on my way to the ferry terminal. So I didn't get to try it out for about 20 min and it was still delicious! Do yourself a favor and try this place out

Wow!!! You have to go here. I was on the ferry from Powell River and the fellow rider phoned in his order. He said his buddy introduced him and it's the best, so I called too. He was right. Fresh, yummy, plenty. Halibut was delicious, fries were coated with something that makes them even better than just fries. Can't see you going wrong eating there. Very friendly.

Got the salmon and halibut and didn’t expect the portion to be so huge! Probably would’ve opt for half order of each instead next time. It was really good. Not much seating area so we ate in the car. Definitely call ahead to place your order!
