It could not have been better service for me as a customer. Professional, excellent communication, time. They do great work, had great Customer/Client interaction, explained everything well, and provide for a comfortable waiting area while the work is being done.I usually do not go overboard on these types of ratings, but this was well worth it, affordable, great professional work and excellent customer relations. The person that helped me directly was Jonathan, but I know that the whole team there seems to have a great work ethic. Highly recommended!!

I do not wanna talk about the details I just would like to pick one: The communication. Everything getting more expensive nowadays, pressure on the company, pressure on the clients... During the servicing of my Escape he kept me informed every step of the way. Was very quick to set me up with a courtesy vehicle.

My overall experience was great. Everything was done in timely manner, staff is very professional and very friendly. During the day while my car was at the service i was updated on the status of the reparation process. Jeremie Ouellet was taking care of my file he went above and beyond, he is very professional. Also what i love i can have a free cup of cappuccino meanwhile i wait. What needed to be fixed on my car was done.Thanks to all staff at West Island Ford Dealer.
