During the construction of my house, a worker who was probably upset at the company decided it would be a good idea to hammer 3 enormous nails in the bathroom plumbing resulting in basement floods everytime you'd flush the toilet or use any type of water in the house, it took asset months to fix the issue. The worst part is the repairs, they did such an horrible job at fixing the concrete that it is embarassing to any reputable company. I asked them to hire professionals to repair my basement concrete but they said they would not... That it's the plumber responsibility to fix it. I wish I could attach photographs of the disaster they made in my basement. I'm left with an issue that they will probably never fix it's my first house and I should have done my research before buying from them.

Asset is a fantastic builder! They build quality and stylish homes. Would recommend my family or friends to build with them! All their staff are super professional and helpful!

They built a house right next to mine and they had cement and put a hole in my siding. Called the salesman and told him about it and its been over 3 months nothing done. Called one of the owners and left him an voicemail and he couldn't even return my call.

I have to say if your going to go with Asset, don't be in a hurry if something breaks or if you just built with them again don't be in a hurry to get your yard cleaned up and graded.. very unprofessional. To many friends have had to seal with this.

Asset Builders did a complete renovation of our home and we couldn’t be any happier with the results!
