Overall, I like living here. No pests, great location, loud but understandable.Recently, the property management ghosted me over text and also entered my unit without notice - they gave notice for two days and did not communicate that they would come a third day, maybe this was so I couldn’t refuse. I was fine they needed to come again, I wish I was given any indication that it would happen. Friendly folks, but there is now a sour taste.

The location is amazing, the one bedrooms are big with lots of storage. The building managers fix things when you ask them to, they keep the building clean, and always answer emails and phone calls.The building has a nice rooftop patio and a modern laundry room.

Even 1 star is too much for this place and management. The location is great but that's the only benefit. There are pretty big mice too. The landlords (old married couple) are terrible. They don't respond right away, not friendly, not caring. Seems like the only thing they care about is money. I've asked them to fix 1 problem of my unit more than 3 times they said they will call somebody to fix it but never did for a year. When I told them about mice they said they are gonna set up poison and told me to lock up my dog cuz they don't want anything to happen to my dog. But they set up poisons when there are nobody and my dog was free alone. I emailed them not to set up poison that day too. Of course my dog ate the whole box of rat poison and I had to spend more than 1000 dollars. But they wouldn't pay for the vet bill of course. Not even part of it. They didn't let me know what time they would set up the poison and where they set up the poison afterwards. And when my roommate asked them about where they set them up they weren't sure and they changed their words about who was with the exterminator. I'm not sure if any of landlords were with the exterminator. This place and management are definitely not worth their expensive rent.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT

RATS, RATS, RATS! They are everywhere in this building. I've seen them in the main halls, the laundry room, and in the unit I (thankfully) will be moving out of at the end of this month . They can be heard scurrying around the unit, which is very audible at night, a great way to lose sleep!These furry critters aren't the only pests you'll have to deal with if you choose to live here. The management here is garbage. Fake, greedy, and incompetent are the top three adjectives I would use to describe the people managing" this place. Kurt and Joanne the resident managers will put on a great face BEFORE you sign the lease
