Level Resto Lounge
I had a wonderful experience at Level Resto Lounge. I ordered the butter chicken plate and it had so much flavor. The music is a nice ambient touch while enjoying delicious food. The appetizer platter is also delicious with a variety of choices. My colleagues enjoyed their experience. The service was friendly and attentive to each request.

A friend recommended to check out this shisha place and I'm glad I did. The blueberry orange mint shisha flavor was really good. Tried their food and that was really tasty as well. On top of that Great customer service by the waitress (sorry don't know her name). Will definitely go back.

I love coming here for the food shisha and drinks but the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the bathrooms are always atrocious. They just need a proper clean, the doors to lock properly and a paper towel holder/ dispenser. The place has great potential but that’s really the only downfall, in my opinion.

Always a terrific experience. Good vibes, menu items, with attentive, polite, and helpful staff. Been a number of times with different friends and they've all left enjoying their time there too.

One of the best lounges I have been too! The shisha was very smooth and very well made. The customer service was very friendly and attentive as soon as I walked in with smiles and greetings. Would highly recommend this place to friends and anyone that comes to Guelph. It’s in a perfect location as well close by everything downtown and is a perfect place to relax and vibe out. Usually lounges also don’t have comfortable seats and they had really Comfortable booths! Big plus!

It’s a really nice lounge with great food and music. However, every time I go, I am surprised by how high the amount owing is on the machine and with no itemized bill given. After a few visits, I asked for my itemized bill after once again I paid a higher than expected bill. I saw on the bill a 15% gratuity was added without any notice, and we were only a party of two so it’s not common practice to add a gratuity for a small party. I ended up tipping on top of the tip that was added and I am starting to get the feeling that’s what they secretly hope we do. It doesn’t say anywhere on the menu that a tip is automatically included.Anyways, I am pretty disappointed about this because it seems dishonest. I always tip so it’s not the tipping that’s my issue, it’s that I feel like I was tricked to tip on top of another tip and the fact that an itemized bill is only given if requested. I don’t think I’ll be back to this lounge until I’ve heard they stop doing this and tricking customers.

Level Resto Lounge. Phenomenal food, atmosphere, and overall experience! I had the Chicken Shawarma platter with a side Caesar Salad. Chicken was super fresh, juicy, and had tons of flavour. Rice was cooked to perfection and was presented very nicely. The caesar salad tasted great as well. I loved the whole meal! If you’re looking for a place that has quality ingredients, incredible taste, and great staff…Level Resto Lounge is the spot for you. I highly recommend this place and will be back! Thanks for the awesome experience, cheers!

The chicken fettuccine Alfredo is amazing! I’ve never tried level lounge before but I definitely will order again. The staff are very helpful and friendly which is always a bonus
