Amazing massage!!! She is very professional and I highly recommend Jessica! She is also going to school for manual osteopathy and incorporated some of those techniques within the massage.

She was open and honest with what she could and couldnt do and worked with me to help me. She explained everthing she was going to do and what her assessments indicated. I walked in barely able to bend or move and left with a lot less pain and better mobility. Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful ostoepath appt! She's a great listener, attentive to details, great at assessing what's injured or out of place. Best of all, she's gentle with her work...no bruises or intense pain following the appt(which I used to with other osteopaths). I've recommended her to family and friends
