Went here for some appointment with my father. You can only get in if someone opens the door or if the lady at the desk clicks the button

My son had his hearing test done at this location. I didn’t catch her name but I believe she was Asian. She did an amazing job and went above and beyond to help us when we missed our appointment because the doctors appointment we had earlier was delayed. She was kind and gentle.
