I am eternally grateful for the beautiful gift of meeting Nelia. She has supported me immensely both as a mother, and as a professional woman. Nelia is a true gem. Some people have jobs in their life that simply pay the bills. Very few people find their true calling. Nelia has absolutely found her true calling. I met Nelia when I signed up for her prenatal yoga classes at 20 weeks pregnant. They were one of the most enjoyable parts of my pregnancy. Nelia was so full of information, helped all of us individually, and explained why we were doing the moves we were doing. I ended up doing her prenatal classes as well and they were also fabulous. I so enjoyed everything I had done with her that when I had my daughter I came back for 'mom and baby yoga'. When my daughter started actively crawling and was officially too old for Nelia's classes, it was a sad day! I honesty look forward to using her services again during my next pregnancy. You will feel very well looked after under Nelia's experienced care!

I met Nelia when I started prenatal yoga shortly after becoming pregnant. It quickly became the highlight of my week; her amazingly positive attitude and calming influence were just what I needed to hear at that time. After my little guy was born I started attending Emerging Mothers.
